IQWallet
Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These terms govern your use of IQWallet. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use IQWallet. Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
1. Who we are and acceptance
IQWallet is provided by [LEGAL_NAME], with registered address at [POSTAL_ADDRESS]. You can reach us at [CONTACT_EMAIL]. These terms form a binding agreement between you and us. We may update them as described in the final section.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to use IQWallet. The service is intended for adults managing their own investments.
2. What IQWallet is, and what it is not
IQWallet is a portfolio tracking and analysis tool. It helps you record your holdings and transactions and shows analytics, signals and informational reports about them.
IQWallet is not a bank, broker, custodian, or regulated investment firm. It does not hold your money or assets, does not execute orders, and does not move funds on your behalf. It connects to no brokerage account and cannot trade.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing in IQWallet is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, a personal recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any instrument. All signals, analyses, scores and reports, including those generated by AI, are for informational and educational purposes only and do not take your personal circumstances into account.
You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and for any resulting gains or losses. Investing carries risk, including the loss of capital. Always do your own research and consult a qualified, regulated professional before making decisions.
4. Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your password.
- Notify us without delay at [CONTACT_EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use IQWallet for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms or applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users’ accounts, or our systems, or interfere with their normal operation.
- Circumvent rate limits, scrape the service, or place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure, including via the API.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
- Enter personal data of third parties that you have no lawful basis to process, or upload content that infringes the rights of others.
6. Market data and reference content
Market prices shown in IQWallet may be delayed or inaccurate. They are provided as a reference, not as a guarantee of current market value. Do not rely on them for time-sensitive trading decisions.
Seeded reference data (fundamentals, company profiles, thesis content) is editorial and approximate, and is labelled as such in the app. It is not guaranteed to be current or accurate.
7. AI features
When you request an AI analysis, IQWallet sends a snapshot of your portfolio to a third-party model provider to generate it, as described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is informational only, it is not a recommendation, and you should not act on it without your own judgment. Availability and usage limits of AI features may vary by plan and may change.
8. Intellectual property and your data
IQWallet, including its software, design, brand and editorial content, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it under these terms.
The portfolio data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display it so we can provide the service to you, as detailed in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to enter the data you provide.
9. Third-party services
IQWallet relies on third-party providers (for authentication, hosting, market data and AI). Your use of features that depend on them is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
10. Price and plans
IQWallet is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, the applicable price and conditions will be presented clearly before you subscribe, and no charge will be made without your prior consent.
11. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep IQWallet available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces the service you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQWallet is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the analytics or data will be accurate or that the service will meet your investment objectives.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any warranty or right that cannot be limited or excluded under the mandatory law of your country of residence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, IQWallet, or from reliance on any data or analysis it provides. Your investment decisions are your own.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any mandatory consumer protection liability.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using IQWallet and delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion permanently removes your data from our active systems, as described in the Privacy Policy, and cannot be undone.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. Where the law allows and it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice first.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW], and disputes fall under the courts of [JURISDICTION_CITY]. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
16. Miscellaneous and changes to these terms
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding IQWallet.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in the app or by email. If you do not accept a material change, your remedy is to stop using IQWallet and delete your account. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
